Leading renovation company with over 25 years of experience and a 5,000 sq ft Mississauga showroom, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive our high-volume, high-quality in-home renovation sales process. We specialize in 2–3 week full basement, bathroom and kitchen transformations, and we are seeking a professional who can represent our brand, maintain our reputation, and close projects with confidence and integrity.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands homeowners’ renovation concerns, and knows how to guide clients from the initial consultation to a signed contract—all while maintaining exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Be a part of our sales team responsible for in-home consultations and contract signings.Conduct renovation consultations/estimates, educate customers on design options, materials, timelines, and pricing.Follow the sales system to ensure consistent close rates and customer satisfaction.Present accurate estimates and guide homeowners through upgrades, add-ons, and finishing options.Oversee CRM usage, pipeline management, and follow-up communication with leads.Track sales KPIs including appointment-to-close ratio, average contract value, and time-to-close.Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure smooth client handoff.Maintain strong knowledge of building requirements, basement design principles, and company processes (training provided).Participate in marketing strategy discussions to improve lead flow quality and conversion.Provide weekly reports, forecasting, and performance updates to ownership.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in residential renovations, construction, or home services.Strong in-home sales ability, comfort with objection handling, and experience with high-ticket contracts.Excellent communication, professionalism, and client-facing confidence.Ability to understand renovation basics such as layout planning, plumbing rough-ins, and material upgrades (training provided).Skilled in CRM systems, follow-up discipline, and organized pipeline management.Valid driver’s license and ability to visit client homes across the GTA.To apply submit resume to: resume@akt.llc
